To enhance energy and vitality, add 3-4 drops rose to your diffuser every morning.

For skin health, mix 1-2 drops in with your daily moisturizer and apply as normal. Lastly, you can apply rose directly to support skin health. Simply rub 1-2 drops softly over the affected area.
