Peppermint Sugar Scrub Recipe
- 10-15 drops Rosemary Essential Oil
- 10 drops Peppermint Essential Oil
- 1/3 cup Coconut Oil
- 1 cup Granulated White Sugar
- 2 Tbsps Vegetable Glycerin
Blend the oil, sugar, and vegetable glycerin together in a large glass jar or container. Depending on your chosen oil, the sugar scrub may be drier or oilier; adjust the recipe to ensure that the sugar is just sticky enough that there isn’t a large oil layer floating on top. Once the ingredients are well combined, add in the essential oils gradually until you’ve reached your desired scent.
To use, apply a small amount all over the body, scrubbing in to exfoliate, then rinse with warm water.
